Granite Base
DGM3-1 features an overbuilt 3in thick solid granite base and gantry, making DGM3-1 the most rigid and thermally stable desktop CNC mill on the market, capable of machining parts with exceptional surface finish and accuracy.
Precise Motion
DGM3-1 motion system is equipped with high-precision industrial grade components, featuring Hiwin linear rails and anti-backlash ball screws on all three axes, along with Nema 23 stepper motors, resulting in precise and repeatable motion.
24,000rpm Spindle
DGM3-1 features a high performance 24000rpm spindle with ER11 collet chuck. Perfect for micro machining applications as well as hogging out large volumes of stock in large scale parts in a range of materials from plastics to titanium.
Easy to use Controls
DGM3-1 easily interfaces via USB with any Windows or Mac computer. Simply download Universal Gcode Sender to your PC, and you'll be able to jog the machine, set work offsets, and run G code that is output from your CAM package.
